| Zurich simply strikes me as a typical city. It is the largest city in Switzerland and, culturally, the center of the country. It's got a big city feel even though it is fairly small as far as major cities go. I don't have many pictures since big cities don't really do much for me. | |

I was cutting through a little alleyway and happened on this fountain in the middle of a courtyard. Not uncommon to find, really. It's not far from the Grossmunster (whatever that is). Sorry... that's it for Zurich... maybe more later. And for the record... Grossmunster means "Large Cathedral"... now that's creative. Not really a high point for the Swiss Department for the Naming of Tourist Attractions. The SDNTA has done better work. |
