Buddy Guy in Lucerne, Switzerland
On my first trip into Lucerne, I encountered a event called the Blue Balls Festival. There were bands playing open-air performances on 3 different stages around Lake Lucerne. How could it possibly get any better than this? How about a Friday night concert with Buddy Guy? It was cheap, it was easy to get to, it was not crowded... and they allowed cameras!

The Swiss were clearly not sure what to make of Buddy. They were very reserved for the frist half of the show.

But Buddy whipped them up and got 'em going.

Which was good, cuz I was feeling a tad silly being the only one Whoopin' and Hollerin' all the time.
An awesome ending to my second week in Switzerland. It was a much needed release.
